Denne studien var for å utvikle og evaluere selveffektiviteten og motstandskraften til Breast Cancer Self-Care-appen hos nydiagnostiserte brystkreftpasienter som gjennomgår kjemoterapi.
I den første fasen av denne studien, utvikle en prototype av Breast Cancer Self-Care-appen ved å gjennomføre pasientintervjuer.
I den andre fasen, en eksperimentell to-gruppers pretest-posttest kvantitativ studiedesign for å evaluere selveffektiviteten og motstandskraften til Breast Cancer Self-Care-appen hos nylig diagnostiserte brystkreftpasienter som gjennomgår kjemoterapi.
Pasientene ble randomisert til forsøks- og kontrollgruppen.
Pasienter i kontrollgruppen mottok generell rutinebehandling og pasienter i forsøksgruppen fikk generell rutinebehandling pluss intervensjon med brystkreft-selvomsorgsappen.
Begge gruppene fullførte et grunnleggende spørreskjema om demografi, selveffektivitet og resiliens ved pre-testen og etter fire uker.

- Klar bevissthet, over 20 år gammel, kan kommunisere på mandarin og taiwansk
- Diagnostisert brystkreft I-III stadium
- gjennomgå første kjemoterapi
- Ha en smarttelefon
- Mottar behandling: EC/EC+T/LC/LC+T E: (Epirubicin)、C: (Cyclofosfamid)、L: (Lipo-Dox)、T: (Taxotere)

EKSPERIMENTELL: generell rutinepleie og selvomsorgsappen for brystkreft
|
Breast Cancer Self-Care-appen inkluderer flere deler - introduksjon til brystkreft, typer behandling, bivirkningspleie, ernæring, avslappingsvideoer, forsikring, medisinske nyheter og registrering av bivirkninger, etc.
Forskeren hjalp til med å installere appen på pasientens mobiltelefon, kom inn på den personlige kontoen og ba pasienten fylle ut spørreskjemaer.
Pasienter fikk individuell helseopplæringsoppgave i brystkreft-selvomsorgsappen hver uke i henhold til type kjemoterapimedisiner.
Etter fire uker fylte de ut spørreskjemaer på nytt.
