Este estudo teve como objetivo desenvolver e avaliar a autoeficácia e a resiliência do aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama em pacientes recém-diagnosticadas com câncer de mama submetidas à quimioterapia.
Na primeira fase deste estudo, desenvolver um protótipo do aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama por meio da realização de entrevistas com pacientes.
Na segunda fase, um desenho de estudo quantitativo pré-teste-pós-teste experimental de dois grupos para avaliar a autoeficácia e a resiliência do aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama em pacientes recém-diagnosticados com câncer de mama submetidos à quimioterapia.
Os pacientes foram randomizados para os grupos experimental e controle.
Os pacientes do grupo controle receberam cuidados gerais de rotina e os pacientes do grupo experimental receberam cuidados gerais de rotina mais a intervenção do aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama.
Ambos os grupos completaram questionários básicos de demografia, autoeficácia e resiliência no pré-teste e após quatro semanas.

- Consciência clara, com mais de 20 anos, pode se comunicar em mandarim e taiwanês
- Câncer de mama diagnosticado estágio I-III
- passar pela primeira quimioterapia
- Tenha um smartphone
- Recebendo tratamento: EC/ EC+T/LC/LC+T E: (Epirubicina)、C: (Ciclofosfamida)、L: (Lipo-Dox)、T: (Taxotere)

EXPERIMENTAL: cuidados gerais de rotina e o aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama
|
O aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama inclui várias partes - introdução ao câncer de mama, tipos de tratamento, tratamento de efeitos colaterais, nutrição, vídeos de relaxamento, seguro, notícias médicas e registro de efeitos colaterais, etc.
A pesquisadora auxiliou na instalação do App no celular do paciente, entrou na conta pessoal e solicitou que o paciente preenchesse os questionários.
As pacientes receberam tarefas individuais de educação em saúde no aplicativo de autocuidado do câncer de mama todas as semanas de acordo com o tipo de quimioterápico.
Após quatro semanas, eles preencheram os questionários novamente.

A escala total de 29 itens mede a autoeficácia no autocuidado.
Existem 3 subescalas para cada um dos seguintes: Redução do Estresse (10 itens, 5-50 pontos), Tomada de Decisões (3 itens, 3-15 pontos), Atitude Positiva (16 itens, 16-80 pontos).
A faixa de pontuações totais da escala é de 29-145.
