Deze studie was bedoeld om de zelfeffectiviteit en veerkracht van de Breast Cancer Self-Care App te ontwikkelen en te evalueren bij nieuw gediagnosticeerde borstkankerpatiënten die chemotherapie ondergaan.

Deze studie was bedoeld om de zelfeffectiviteit en veerkracht van de Breast Cancer Self-Care App te ontwikkelen en te evalueren bij nieuw gediagnosticeerde borstkankerpatiënten die chemotherapie ondergaan.
Ontwikkel in de eerste fase van deze studie een prototype van de Breast Cancer Self-Care App door interviews met patiënten af te nemen.
In de tweede fase, een experimentele twee-groep pretest-posttest kwantitatieve onderzoeksopzet om de zelfeffectiviteit en veerkracht van de Breast Cancer Self-Care App te evalueren bij nieuw gediagnosticeerde borstkankerpatiënten die chemotherapie ondergaan.
De patiënten werden gerandomiseerd naar de experimentele en controlegroepen.
Patiënten in de controlegroep kregen algemene routinezorg en patiënten in de experimentele groep kregen algemene routinezorg plus de interventie van de Breast Cancer Self-Care App.
Beide groepen vulden een basisvragenlijst over demografie, zelfeffectiviteit en veerkracht in bij de pre-test en na vier weken.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Bewustzijn, ouder dan 20 jaar, kan communiceren in het Mandarijn en Taiwanees
- Gediagnosticeerd borstkanker I-III stadium
- eerste chemotherapie ondergaan
- Heb een smartphone
- Behandeling ontvangen: EC/EC+T/LC/LC+T E: (Epirubicine)、C: (Cyclofosfamide)、L: (Lipo-Dox)、T: (Taxotere)

EXPERIMENTEEL: algemene routinezorg en de Borstkanker Zelfzorg App
|
De Self-Care-app voor borstkanker bevat verschillende onderdelen: introductie van borstkanker, soorten behandelingen, zorg voor bijwerkingen, voeding, ontspanningsvideo's, verzekeringen, medisch nieuws en het opnemen van bijwerkingen, enz.
De onderzoeker assisteerde bij het installeren van de App op de mobiele telefoon van de patiënt, vulde het persoonlijke account in en vroeg de patiënt vragenlijsten in te vullen.
Patiënten kregen elke week een individuele gezondheidsvoorlichtingstaak in de Breast Cancer Self-Care App, afhankelijk van het type chemotherapiemedicijn.
Na vier weken vulden ze opnieuw vragenlijsten in.

Gebruik strategieën die door mensen worden gebruikt om de gezondheid te bevorderen (SUPPH) om de zelfredzaamheid van zelfzorg te meten.
Het schaaltotaal van 29 items meet self-care self-efficacy.
Er zijn 3 subsubschalen voor elk van de volgende: Stressvermindering (10 items, 5-50 scores), Beslissingen nemen (3 items, 3-15 scores), Positieve houding (16 items, 16-80 scores).
Het bereik van totaalscores van de schaal is 29-145.
Het laat zien dat de self-care self-efficacy toeneemt naarmate het totaal aantal punten van de schaal toeneemt.
