説明
包含基準:
- 年齢 > 50 歳
- -局所進行（T3-T4）および/または転移性（N + / M +）ホルモン感受性前立腺癌、組織学的検査によって確認
- -下部尿路症状（LUTS）の存在-IPSS > 0
- Lucrin® Depot による治療は、患者のルーチン療法です。 Lucrin® Depot の選択に関する決定は、患者の研究への参加とは関係ありませんが、最善の医学的知識と実践に基づいて行われます。
- PMOSに組み入れられるまで、患者はGnRHアナログで治療されていません。
- 患者は、研究に含める前に、手術（根治的前立腺切除術）による治療を受けていません。
除外基準:
- Lucrin® Depot による治療に禁忌がある場合、または現在の医学的知識によれば、患者にとってより有益である可能性がある他の治療オプションがある場合、患者は研究に含まれません。
- 医師または患者は、兆候または理由が存在する場合、いつでも治療を中止できます。
