- 年龄 > 50 岁
- 经组织学检查证实的局部晚期 (T3-T4) 和/或转移性 (N+/M+) 激素敏感性前列腺癌
- 存在下尿路症状 (LUTS)-IPSS >0
- 使用 Lucrin® Depot 进行治疗是患者的常规治疗。 选择 Lucrin® Depot 的决定与患者是否参与研究无关，而是基于最佳医学知识和实践。
- 在纳入 PMOS 之前，患者尚未接受 GnRH 类似物治疗。
- 患者在纳入研究之前未接受手术治疗（根治性前列腺切除术）。
排除标准：
