포함 기준:
- 나이 > 50세
- 조직학적 검사로 확인된 국소 진행성(T3-T4) 및/또는 전이성(N+/M+) 호르몬 민감성 전립선암
- 하부 요로 증상(LUTS)-IPSS >0의 존재
- Lucrin® Depot을 사용한 치료는 환자의 일상적인 치료법입니다. Lucrin® Depot 선택에 대한 결정은 연구에 대한 환자의 참여와 관련이 없지만 최고의 의학적 지식과 실습을 통해 결정됩니다.
- PMOS에 포함될 때까지 환자는 GnRH 아날로그로 치료받지 않았습니다.
- 환자는 연구에 포함되기 전에 수술(근치적 전립선 절제술)로 치료받지 않았습니다.
제외 기준:
- Lucrin® Depot 치료에 대한 금기 사항이 있거나 현재 의학 지식에 따라 잠재적으로 환자에게 더 유익한 다른 치료 옵션이 있는 경우 환자는 연구에 포함되지 않습니다.
