ACSを呈する被験者を対象とした二重盲検ランダム化並行群プラセボ対照研究。 最大6500人の被験者が、アトルバスタチンQDおよび標準治療に加えて、A-002 500mgを1日1回（QD）またはプラセボ錠剤のいずれかを受けるよう無作為に割り付けられる。 治療期間は16週間となります。 対象の LDL-C が 100 mg/dL 以上の場合、アトルバスタチンの用量は 8 週間後に調整されますが、それ以外の場合は 16 週間の試験期間を通じて安定していなければなりません。 登録されたすべての被験者の生存状況は、研究完了後 6 か月後に確認されます。

ランダム化は、ACS 指標イベントによる入院後 96 時間以内、またはすでに入院している場合は指標イベント診断から 96 時間以内に行われなければなりません。 フォローアップの訪問は、1、2、4、8、16週目に行われます。 6か月後のフォローアップ訪問も行われます。

  2. 被験者からの書面によるインフォームドコンセント

  3. 不安定狭心症、非ST上昇型心筋梗塞（NSTEMI）、またはST上昇型心筋梗塞（STEMI）の診断

    不安定狭心症は次のように定義されます。

    • 虚血または狭心症の症状である胸痛が安静時または最小限の運動時に発生し、頻度または重症度が増加するパターンがあり、10分以上続き、入院前24時間以内の心筋虚血と一致する。
    • 少なくとも2つの連続する誘導における新たなまたは動的なSTセグメントの低下または顕著なT波反転変化、および

除外基準:
