ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:健康体重

|
体脂肪率を評価するために、Bod Pod S/T を介して空気置換プレチスモグラフィ (ADP) を使用します。
2 つの測定値が平均化されます。
体重を推定体容積で割って計算される体密度は、規範的な参照データに基づいて、年齢および性別で調整された体脂肪パーセンタイル スコアを計算するために使用されます (McCarthy et al., 2006)。
パイロットの妥当性研究 (N = 30) では、体脂肪率の直接的な DEXA 測定値が、体脂肪の ADP 推定値 (r = .88) とはるかに強く相関することが明らかになりました。
BMI よりも (r = .23)。
