|
PLACEBO_COMPARATOR: Ellenőrzés
Néhány résztvevőt véletlenszerűen kiválasztanak, hogy ellenőrizzék az állapotot, és egy pszichoedukációs videót („Weight of the World”) kapnak megtekintésre.
|

Időkeret: A testzsír változása a kiindulási értéktől a 2 éves követésig
|
A Bod Pod S/T-n keresztül levegőkiszorításos pletizmográfiát (ADP) használunk a testzsír százalékos arányának meghatározásához.

|
A fizikai aktivitás
Időkeret: Kiindulási és utóintervenció (6 hét); 6/12/24 hónapos követés

A gyorsulásmérők objektív méréseket adnak minden résztvevő fizikai aktivitásáról minden hullámértékeléskor.
