Yksityiskohtainen kuvaus
Tavoite 1 testaa hypoteesia, jonka mukaan Project Health vähentää merkittävästi kehon rasvaprosentin kasvua suhteessa Terveen painon interventioon ja videokontrollitilaan 2 vuoden seurannan aikana; toissijaisia tuloksia ovat BMI, masennusoireet ja syömishäiriön oireet. Tutkijat vertaavat myös tervettä painoa videokontrolliin.
Tavoite 2 testaa hypoteesia, jonka mukaan Project Healthin osallistujat kokevat lisääntynyttä kognitiivista dissonanssia (epämiellyttävä psykologinen tila) epäterveellisten ruokien syömisessä ja istuvassa käyttäytymisessä ja että dissonanssin muutokset välittävät ohjelman painonnousua ehkäiseviä vaikutuksia. Tutkijat testaavat myös, välittävätkö alennettu kalorien saanti ja lisääntynyt fyysinen aktiivisuus Project Healthin vaikutuksia kehon rasvaprosentin muutokseen.

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR: Terveellinen paino
Terveen painon intervention päätavoite on tehdä pieniä, kestäviä muutoksia syötteisiin ja tuotoksiin viikoittain, jotta saavutetaan tasapaino kalorien saannin ja tuoton välillä.
Kaikki istunnot alkavat lyhyellä katsauksella edellisessä istunnossa käsitellystä, opetusmateriaalien esittelystä, aiempien käyttäytymismuutostavoitteiden huolellisesta tarkastelusta ja terveellisen käyttäytymisen muutossuunnitelmien kehittämisestä seuraavaa istuntoa varten.
Kaikkien harjoitusten kotiharjoitukset koostuvat yksilöllisten ruokavalio- ja liikuntatavoitteiden noudattamisesta sekä ruoka- ja harjoituspäiväkirjan pitämisestä tulevien terveellisten muutosten määrittämiseksi.

Jokainen istunto alkaa suullisella sitoutumisella osallistumiseen (osallistumisen vapaaehtoisuuden korostamiseksi), sisältää keskusteluja suoritetuista kotiharjoittelutehtävistä ja istunnon kirjoitus-/jakamisharjoituksia (vastuullisuuden lisäämiseksi) ja päättyy kotiharjoituksiin (lisätäkseen osallistumisen tasoa). vaivaa).

Käytämme ilmasyrjäytyspletysmografiaa (ADP) Bod Pod S/T:n kautta arvioidaksemme kehon rasvaprosenttia.
Kahden toimenpiteen keskiarvo lasketaan.
Kehontiheyttä, joka lasketaan kehon massa jaettuna arvioidulla kehon tilavuudella, käytetään laskemaan iän ja sukupuolen mukaan mukautetut kehon rasvaprosenttipisteet normatiivisten vertailutietojen perusteella (McCarthy et al., 2006).
Pilottivaliditeettitutkimus (N = 30) paljasti, että kehon rasvaprosentin suorat DEXA-mittaukset korreloivat paljon vahvemmin kehon rasvan ADP-estimaattien kanssa (r = 0,88).

Syömishäiriön diagnostinen haastattelu, lyhyt puolistrukturoitu haastattelu, arvioi syömishäiriön oireita.
