心停止における神経進化の予後因子の評価:日常ケアの前向き研究
フランスでは10万人の住民に毎年55件の被害が発生しており、心肺停止は公衆衛生上の問題となっている。
この研究の目的は、心停止後の神経学的進化の予後因子として瞳孔の寸法 (直径) によって測定される瞳孔対光反射を評価することです。 この研究に参加することで、患者は通常の治療と同じ治療と検査を受けることができます。
これらの事象に加えて、患者が当科に受け入れられるとすぐに、その後は 2 日目に瞳孔対光反射が検査されます。
現在、神経学的症状の評価は、多角的な臨床および準臨床アプローチに依存しています。
瞳孔の直径によって測定される瞳孔対光反射の研究は、心停止後の患者の神経学的進化の予後因子となる可能性があるため、患者ケアにおいて信頼性が高く利用可能な予後マーカーとなります。
この研究の目的は、心停止後に入院した患者の神経学的評価の予後因子として瞳孔の直径によって測定される瞳孔対光反射 (RPM) を評価することです。
主な判断基準は、Neurolight® で測定した瞳孔対光反射変動のパーセンテージを 2 つのグループ間で比較したものです。
