Evaluatie van prognosefactoren van neurologische evolutie bij hartstilstand: prospectieve studie van routinematige zorg
Met de weerslag van 55 gevallen per jaar voor 100 000 inwoners in Frankrijk, is cardiorespiratoire arrestatie een probleem voor de volksgezondheid.
Het doel van deze studie is het evalueren van de lichtreflex van de pupil, gemeten aan de hand van de afmeting van de pupil (diameter), als een prognosefactor voor neurologische evolutie na een hartstilstand. Door deel te nemen aan dit onderzoek krijgt de patiënt dezelfde behandelingen en examens als in een gebruikelijke zorg.
Naast deze gebeurtenissen wordt de pupilreflex bestudeerd zodra de patiënt op de afdeling wordt toegelaten, en vervolgens op de tweede dag.
Momenteel berust de evaluatie van de neurologische ontwikkeling op een multimodale klinische en paraklinische benadering.
De studie van de pupilreflex, gemeten aan de hand van de diameter van de pupil, zou een prognosefactor van neurologische evolutie kunnen zijn voor patiënten met een hartstilstand, dus een betrouwbare en beschikbare prognosemarker in de patiëntenzorg.
Het doel van deze studie is het evalueren van de pupilreflex (RPM), gemeten aan de hand van de diameter van de pupil, als prognosefactor voor neurologische evaluatie van opgenomen patiënten na een hartstilstand.
Het belangrijkste beoordelingscriterium is het percentage van de pupilreflexvariatie gemeten met Neurolight®, vergeleken tussen twee groepen.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Beide geslacht
- Binnenkomst bij reanimatie na een hartstilstand binnen of buiten het ziekenhuis
- Hervatting van een spontane hartactiviteit
- Aansluiting bij een socialezekerheidsstelsel
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Weigering van de patiënt of zijn familie
- Leeftijd onder de 18 jaar
- Zwangere vrouw
- Eerdere neurologische schade
- Personen die bij rechterlijke of administratieve beslissing van hun vrijheid zijn beroofd
