術後急性眼内炎の管理におけるリアルタイム PCR による高速分子細菌同定の貢献
眼内炎は、外因性起源(手術後、外傷後)または内因性起源(転移性)の深刻な眼感染症です。 これは診断および治療上の緊急事態です。
眼内炎に罹患している各患者は、眼のサンプリング、抗生物質の眼内注射、および全身の抗生物質カバーを直ちに受けなければなりません。
病因学的治療は、感染因子に応じて適応されます。

詳細な説明
この前向き多施設試験の主な目的は、実際の眼球サンプルから、眼内炎の症例、特に病原性種 (黄色ブドウ球菌、肺炎連鎖球菌など...) に関与する感染病原体の同定の感度と速度を向上させることです。タイムPCR。
これにより、細菌の種類に応じて眼科医がより効率的に作業できるようになります。
データは、この研究で使用された両方の PCR 技術を比較することも可能にします。 前向き研究の第 2 の目標は、急性眼内炎の際に見出される細菌種の耐性を抗生物質図と耐性遺伝子の研究によって特徴付け、in vitro での耐性と in vivo での治療反応を相関させ、貴重な疫学的データを取得することです。予防的抗生物質を適応させます。
