- 18 歳から 75 歳までの年齢
患者はアメリカリウマチ学会(ACR)に会いました
- European League Against Rheumatism(EULAR) 2009 診断基準 (合計スコアが 6 以上)
- 重症RA患者 DAS28-CRP≧5.1
- Infliximab と Methotrexate を投与された参加者は、研究への登録に招待されます。
- エタネルセプトとメトトレキサートを投与されている参加者は、研究への登録を求められます。
- アダリムマブとメトトレキサートを投与された参加者は、研究への登録に招待されます。
除外基準:
- 心血管系、呼吸器系、肝臓、消化管、内分泌系、血液系、神経系または精神障害の病歴または疾患を有する患者であり、治験責任医師が治験薬を使用する際にこれらの病歴または疾患を有する患者に何らかのリスクがあると考える場合、またはこれらの病歴または疾患がデータの解釈を妨げる
- 上皮内がんまたは悪性腫瘍の可能性がある患者
- 基本的または完全に運動能力を失い、車椅子や寝たきりに頼るなど、身の回りの世話をする能力が欠如している。
