同種HSCTを有する急性骨髄性白血病患者における次世代シーケンス(NGS)の予後価値に関する研究
急性骨髄性白血病(AML)は遺伝的に不均一な疾患であり、同種造血幹細胞移植(同種HSCT)は、AML-M3を除くAMLの治癒治療選択肢です。
同種HSCT後の治療失敗の主な原因は依然として再発である。
分子残存病変は、HSCT 後の再発の強力な危険因子であることが示されています。
この研究では、研究者らは、次世代シークエンシング(NGS)技術を使用して、同種HSCTを受けるAML参加者のコホートにおける残存疾患を測定し、分子残存疾患の予後への影響を評価することにより、同種HSCTの前後で変異を検出する予定である。

包含基準:
- 18歳以上。
- 急性骨髄性白血病(AML)の臨床診断。
- 診断時の MICM および NGS 結果の記録が利用可能。
- 同種HSCTを受ける予定です。
除外基準:
- 活動性悪性腫瘍。
- 妊娠中または授乳中の女性。
