Een studie van prognostische waarden van Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) bij patiënten met acute myeloïde leukemie met allo-HSCT
Acute myeloïde leukemie (AML) is een genetisch heterogene ziekte en allogene hematopoëtische stamceltransplantatie (allo-HSCT) is een curatieve behandelingsoptie voor AML behalve voor AML-M3.
Terugval blijft de belangrijkste oorzaak van het falen van de behandeling na allo-HSCT.
Er is aangetoond dat moleculaire residuele ziekte een sterke risicofactor is voor terugval na HSCT.
In deze studie zullen de onderzoekers mutaties voor/na allo-HSCT detecteren door gebruik te maken van de volgende generatie sequencing (NGS)-techniek om residuele ziekte te meten en de prognostische impact van moleculaire residuele ziekte te evalueren in een cohort van AML-deelnemers die allo-HSCT krijgen.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- 18 jaar of oud;
- Klinische diagnose van acute myeloïde leukemie (AML);
- Beschikbare records van MICM- en NGS-resultaten bij diagnose;
- Ik ga allo-HSCT krijgen.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Actieve maligniteit;
- Zwangere vrouwen of vrouwen die borstvoeding geven.
