詳細な説明
これは、フィラデルフィア小児病院とシンシナティ小児病院の 2 つの臨床施設で実施される多施設外来研究です。
PAPで治療されたDSおよびOSASの子供とその子供の40人の介護者が登録されます。
この研究は、介護者ごとに 30 分間の自由形式の半構造化インタビューを 1 回行います。
面接時間は目安です。
家族によっては詳細を追加したい場合があるため、30 分ほどかかります。

半構造化インタビューでは、OSAS および PAP 療法に関する知識/信念、PAP の使用を促進または制限するルーチンとリソース、障壁、自己効力感、PAP に関するコミュニケーションと態度などの重要な構成要素を探究します。
インタビューは保護者と一緒に実施され、音声が録音されます。
