目的: この研究の目的は次のとおりです。(1) 割礼を受ける子供 (ICory-Circumcision) とその子供の親のための小児外科ケアのためのインテリジェントな顧客主導型ソリューションを開発すること。 (2) 保護者 (育児における自己効力感、周術期の知識、および周術期ケアの満足度、情報と不安の必要性) および子供 (術前の不安と術後の痛み) の結果に対する ICory-Circumcision の有効性を調べること。手術の場合や医療サービスの使用のためのノーショー/遅延ショー。 (3) ユーザー (親、子供、医療専門家) の介入に対する認識と改善のための提案を調査する。
研究デザイン: この研究は、2 グループのプレテストとポストテスト パイロットの無作為化対照試験の繰り返しであり、その後に定性的プロセス評価が続きます。 合計 80 組の親とその小学生の子供 (7 ~ 12 歳) が無作為に介入グループに割り当てられ、このグループは ICory-Circumcision と定期的なケアを受けます。子供はTriumfゲームアプリケーションと、病院が提供する定期的なケアを受けるコントロールグループを受け取ります. インタビュー ガイドが作成され、ICory-Circumcision を使用した保護者と医療専門家にインタビューして、長所、短所、改善点に関する経験と意見を調査するために使用されます。 また、Triumf ゲームを使用した子供たちにインタビューを行い、ゲーム アプリケーションに関する経験を探ります。
仮説: コントロール グループと比較すると、(1) ICory-Circumcision を受けた介入グループの親は、(a) 育児における自己効力感のレベルが大幅に高いと報告します。周術期の知識と満足度 (b) 情報の必要性と術前の不安のレベルが低い。 (2) 介入群の子供たちは、術前の不安と術後の痛みのレベルが有意に低いと報告します。 (3) 介入群は、無断欠勤や手術への遅れのケースが少なくなり、医療サービスの利用が減少します (例: 手術後2週間以内に、医療以外の理由でA&E部門またはGPへの出席を減らした。

- 過去6か月間の死別期間中。
両親

- 前述の選択基準を満たす子供の主な養育者としての父親または母親。
- 21 歳以上である。
- 口頭でコミュニケーションができ、英語で読み書きができる;と

アムステルダム術前不安および情報尺度(APAIS)(Moerman, van Dam, Muller & Oosting, 1996)は、親の術前不安および情報要求を測定するために使用されます。
APAIS は、麻酔と処置の恐怖に関する 4 つの質問と、情報の必要性に関する 2 つの質問からなる 6 項目のアンケートです。
アンケートは、1 ~ 5 のリッカート スケールに基づいて採点されます。1 のスコアは「まったくない」を意味し、5 は「非常に」を意味します。

研究チームによって開発されました。
コンテンツの妥当性は、5 ~ 10 人の専門家で構成される専門家パネルによって行われます (Gilbert & Prion、2016 年)。
PPKQ には、10 の複数選択問題が含まれています。
正しく答えられた質問の数が多いほど、周術期プロセスの理解が深まり、知識が深まったことを示します。

Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale - Short Form (mYPAS-SF) (Jenkins, Fortier, Kaplan, Mayes & Kain, 2014) を使用して、手術直前の子供の術前不安レベルを測定します。
それは4項目の尺度(活動、発声、感情表現力、明らかな覚醒状態)であり、観察によって記入されます。
合計スコアは 23 から 100 までの範囲です。

半構造化インタビュー ガイドを使用して、介入グループ (15 ~ 30 人を目標) の親と子供、および ICory-Circumcision を使用した医療専門家にインタビューします。
アプリの内容や活動内容、配信方法、アプリの有用性などを親子でお聞きします。
医療従事者は、アプリケーションの長所と短所、およびアプリケーションに関する彼らの観点からの意見について尋ねられます。
これは定性的データであり、データはテーマ分析によって分析されます。
