目的:本研究的目的是:(1) 为接受包皮环切术 (ICory-Circumcision) 的儿童父母及其子女开发一种智能的、以客户为导向的儿科手术护理解决方案; (2) 检查 ICory-Circumcision 对父母(儿童护理的自我效能、围手术期知识、围手术期护理满意度、信息需求和焦虑)和儿童(术前焦虑和术后疼痛)结果的有效性,如以及手术病例和医疗服务使用的未出现/延迟出现; (3) 探讨使用者(父母、儿童、医护人员)对干预的看法和改进建议。

- 从他们的医疗记录中确定的焦虑症和其他情绪障碍;
- 听力或视力障碍;
- 深度知觉缺陷;和/或
- 在过去 6 个月的丧亲期间。
父母
纳入标准:
- 父亲或母亲作为孩子的主要照顾者并符合上述选择标准;
- 年满 21 岁;
- 能够用英语进行口头交流和识字;和
