新興成人は、メンタルヘルスのリスクが特に高い集団です。 移行期の若者には特定のニーズがありますが、主に既存の障壁のために、現在、児童および思春期の精神保健サービス (CAMHS) と成人の精神保健サービス (AMHS) の間でカバーされていません。 最適な患者ケアを実現するには、ある場所から別の場所への移動を計画する必要があります。
私たちのプロジェクトは、移行期における精神病理学の発展に寄与する臨床的次元特性を特定することを目的としています。 継続性、不連続性、および回復力の要因が調査されます。 最終的な目的は、精神病理学的に苦しんでいる若者からの拒絶を減らし、社会的包摂を高めるための非スティグマ化アプローチを開発することです.
トランスバーサルおよびトランス診断アプローチは、次元評価で構成されています。17 歳の 300 人の若者が、入院患者、外来患者、および対照群のコホートに含まれます。 参加者は、ベースライン時と 2 年後に評価されます。 主要な結果は、メンタルヘルスケアの必要性を測定する、子供と青年のための国民健康アウトカムスケール、およびWHOの生活の質の評価に基づいています。
二次的な結果には、精神病理学を発症するリスクまたは保護因子を表す次元の評価と、移行期の精神的健康状態の進化が含まれます。 ベースライン評価は、症状の内在化/外在化、衝動性/強迫性、感情調節、認知機能、社会的および家族的機能、発達、病歴、および外傷歴で構成されます。 フォローアップでは、メンタルヘルスの経路と移行結果が説明されます。
