Multicenter prospektiv interventionskohortstudie som bedömer risk- och skyddsfaktorer för att utveckla psykopatologi hos ungdomar i övergångsålder

Vuxna på framväxt är en särskilt utsatt befolkning i psykisk hälsa. Ungdomar i övergångsåldern har specifika behov som för närvarande inte täcks mellan barn och ungdomars mentalvårdstjänster (CAMHS) och vuxnas mentalvårdstjänster (AMHS), främst på grund av befintliga hinder. Förflyttningar från det ena till det andra måste planeras för att uppnå optimal patientvård.
Vårt projekt syftar till att identifiera kliniska dimensionella egenskaper som bidrar till utvecklingen av psykopatologi under övergångsperioden. Kontinuiteter, diskontinuiteter och resiliensfaktorer kommer att utforskas. Det slutliga syftet är att utveckla ett icke-stigmatiserande tillvägagångssätt för att minska avslag från ungdomar i psykopatologiskt lidande och öka social integration.
Det transversala och transdiagnostiska tillvägagångssättet består av en dimensionell utvärdering: 300 ungdomar vid 17 års ålder kommer att ingå i en kohort av slutenvårdspatienter, öppenvårdspatienter och kontrollgrupp. Deltagarna kommer att bedömas vid baslinjen och 2 år senare. Det primära resultatet är baserat på Health of the Nation Outcome Scale för barn och ungdomar, mätning av behovet av psykisk vård och WHO:s livskvalitetsbedömning.
De sekundära resultaten inkluderar bedömningen av dimensioner som representerar risk- eller skyddsfaktorer för att utveckla psykopatologi och utveckling av mental hälsa under övergångsåldern. Baslinjeutvärdering består av internaliserande/externaliserande symtom, impulsivitet/kompulsivitet, känsloreglering, kognitiv funktion, social funktion och familjefunktion, utvecklings-, medicinsk och traumahistoria. Vid uppföljning kommer mentala hälsovägar och övergångsresultat att beskrivas.

Inklusionskriterier:
- fransktalande och franskförståelse
- Försökspersoner som accepterade att delta i studien (underskrift av informerat samtycke/samtycke från försökspersoner och föräldrar eller juridisk innehavare av föräldramyndighet)
- Specifika kriterier för patienter: slutenvård och öppenvård
- Specifika kriterier för kontrollgrupp: ungdomar från den allmänna befolkningen eller placerade i bostadscentra
Exklusions kriterier:
- Omöjlighet att svara på bedömningsverktygen
- Medium intellektuell funktionsnedsättning (homogen IQ < 75)
- Förekomst av en allvarlig somatisk sjukdom (cancer, hjärtsvikt, njursvikt, störning i centrala nervsystemet), som är progressiv eller som påverkar den vitala prognosen på kort sikt
- Aktivt deltagande i en annan studie
