これは無作為化研究であり、TDF ベースの ART を受けている 200 人を募集します。 参加者は、介入カウンセリングと標準的な強化アドヒアランスカウンセリングのいずれかに 1 対 1 でランダムに割り当てられます。 介入参加者は、尿ベースの検査からのフィードバックによって通知されるアドヒアランスサポートパッケージを受け取ります。 研究者らは、登録後 12 か月目に各群の VL 抑制率に対するアドヒアランス テストの影響を (レジメンの切り替えを必要とせずに) 評価します。 遵守課題を持つ参加者を登録すると、効率が向上し、設定内で遵守サポートを必要とする集団が反映されます。
この研究に使用された UTRA デバイスは FDA の非重大リスク (NSR) 指定を受けており、IDE の対象外です。
実現可能性:
研究者らは、各群の参加者の研究への定着率、来院の欠席、介入群で実施された尿評価の回数を追跡する予定です。
受け入れ可能性:
登録されたすべての参加者は、受けたアドヒアランスサポートの受容性に関する標準化されたアンケートにも回答します。 この受容性の尺度は、部門内で説明される低/高受容性に関連する社会人口統計プロファイルとともに、部門によって二次結果として評価されます。
定性的な手順:

- 現在のARTレジメンには、耐性に対する高い遺伝的障壁を持つ少なくとも1つの薬剤が含まれています。 ドルテグラビル、アタザナビル/リトナビル、ダルナビル/リトナビル、またはロピナビル/リトナビル。

検体は、Alinity m HIV-1 assay(アボット・ラボラトリーズ、米国イリノイ州アボットパーク)またはCOBAS® AmpliPrep/COBAS® TaqMan® HIV-1 Test, v2.0(ロシュ・ダイアグノスティックス、スイス・バーゼル)のいずれかで測定される。LLDはそれぞれ10 copies/mL、20 copies/mL。
