詳細な説明
6 か月間、週 5 日の集中トレーニングに参加した後の認知機能の向上を予測する要因を調査するには、ABI Wellness BEARS プラットフォームと Brainex ソフトウェア シンボル関係モジュールを使用します。
この研究では、1) 神経心理学的検査におけるパフォーマンス、2) 血液および唾液中の BDNF レベル、3) ワーキングメモリの ERP 測定、および 4 において、脳可塑性の神経認知マーカー (介入関連の変化) に対する集中的なワーキングメモリトレーニングの影響を調べる予定です。 ) 静止状態の fMRI と構造的 MRI。

包含基準:
- 少なくとも12か月前に受けた後天性脳損傷(ABI)により、プライマリ・ケアおよび実行機能障害、および/または軽度認知障害または軽度神経認知障害(非健忘症プロファイル)の診断を受けたマサチューセッツ・ジェネラル・ブリガム・ヘルス・システムの患者コンタクトを勉強するために。
- 年齢 25 ~ 65 歳
- 英語の堪能さ
- ブリガム・アンド・ウィメンズ病院 (ボストン) への 4 回の対面評価訪問と 2 回の血清および唾液サンプル採取のための旅行を含む、12 か月間にわたるすべての研究関連活動を完了する意欲と能力がある。
- Web カメラと安定したインターネットを備えたコンピューターへのアクセス。
- 4 つの時点で、参加者の認知/日常機能に関する 1 つのアンケートに回答できる信頼できる研究情報提供者。
除外基準:
- DSM-5 基準に基づく、過去 2 年以内のアルコールまたは薬物乱用または依存症の病歴。
- 進行性の神経変性疾患が潜在している可能性が高い。
- Mini-Mental Status Exam (MMSE) のスコア 21 以下に基づく、中等度から重度の認知障害の証拠 (Tombaugh & McIntyre、1992)。
- 患者健康質問票 (PHQ)-9 (Kroenke et al., 2010) 治療提供者が活動性うつ病 (適応障害、悲嘆反応など) を持っていないと判断した場合を除き、スコア 19 以上。
- 活動的な精神病症状。
- 重度の感覚喪失により、たとえ十分な配慮があったとしても参加者が学習トレーニングに参加することができそうにない(普通の新聞の活字を読むのが極度に困難であるという自己申告、またはパフォーマンステストによる矯正視力テストのスコアが20/30より悪い)。
- 参加者がこの高度にインタラクティブな研究プロトコルに効果的に参加することを妨げるコミュニケーション上の困難(人の理解力および他者を理解する能力についての面接官の評価に基づく)。
- 薬理学的またはその他の介入研究試験に現在参加している。
- 平均余命は2年未満。

参加者は、週 5 日(M-T-W-Th-F)ABI ウェルネス プラットフォームにログインし、シンボル関係モジュールを使用して 45 ~ 60 分間トレーニングします。
参加者は隔週で、Zoom を介してトレーニング ファシリテーターと会い、トレーニングの進捗状況を確認し、トレーニング関連の質問のトラブルシューティングを行います。
