상세 설명
집중적인 6개월, 주 5일 훈련에 참여한 후 인지 향상을 예측하는 요인을 조사하려면 ABI Wellness BEARS 플랫폼과 Brainex Software Symbol Relations 모듈을 사용하십시오.
이 연구에서는 집중 작업 기억 훈련이 1) 신경심리학 테스트 성능, 2) 혈액 및 타액의 BDNF 수준, 3) 작업 기억의 ERP 측정, 4에서 뇌 가소성의 신경인지 지표(개입 관련 변화)에 미치는 영향을 조사할 것입니다. ) 휴식 상태 fMRI 및 구조적 MRI.

포함 기준:
- 최소 12개월 전에 지속된 후천적 뇌 손상(ABI)으로 인해 일차 주의력 및 실행 기능 장애 및/또는 경미한 인지 장애 또는 경미한 신경인지 장애(비기억상실 프로필) 진단을 받은 Mass General Brigham Health System의 환자 접촉을 연구합니다.
- 25~65세
- 영어 실력
- 4번의 직접 평가 방문과 2번의 혈청 및 타액 샘플 수집을 위해 브리검 여성 병원(보스턴)을 방문하는 것을 포함하여 12개월 동안 모든 연구 관련 활동을 완료할 의향과 능력이 있습니다.
- 웹캠과 안정적인 인터넷을 갖춘 컴퓨터에 액세스할 수 있습니다.
- 4개 시점에서 참가자의 인지/일상 기능에 대한 하나의 설문지를 작성할 수 있는 신뢰할 수 있는 연구 정보 제공자입니다.
제외 기준:
- DSM-5 기준에 따라 지난 2년 이내에 알코올이나 약물 남용 또는 의존의 병력이 있습니다.
- 근본적인 진행성 신경퇴행성 장애의 가능성이 높습니다.
- 간이 정신 상태 검사(MMSE)에서 21점 이하의 점수를 기준으로 중등도 내지 중증 인지 장애의 증거(Tombaugh & McIntyre, 1992)
- 환자 건강 설문지(PHQ)-9(Kroenke et al., 2010) 치료 제공자가 활성 우울증(예: 조정 장애, 애도 반응)이 없다고 간주하지 않는 한 점수 ≥ 19입니다.
- 활동성 정신병적 증상.
- 상당한 편의를 제공하더라도 참가자가 연구 훈련에 참여할 수 없을 정도로 심각한 감각 상실(일반 신문 인쇄를 읽는 데 극심한 어려움이 있다고 자가 보고 또는 수행 테스트를 통해 교정 시력 테스트 점수가 20/30보다 나쁨).
- 참가자가 고도로 상호작용적인 연구 프로토콜에 효과적으로 참여하는 것을 방해하는 의사소통 어려움(개인의 이해 능력과 타인을 이해하는 능력에 대한 면접관의 평가 기준).

참가자는 주 5일(M-T-W-Th-F) ABI 웰니스 플랫폼에 로그인하고 45~60분 동안 Symbol Relations 모듈을 사용하여 교육합니다.
격주로 참가자는 줌을 통해 교육 진행자와 만나 교육 진행 상황을 검토하고 교육 관련 질문을 해결합니다.
