次の基準に基づいて、ポーチの慢性嚢炎またはクローンのような病気の診断:
- 慢性抗生物質依存性肺炎:抗生物質療法に反応するが、抗生物質を止めた後すぐに再発するが、症状コントロールを達成するために連続的な抗生物質療法を達成する必要があるが、抗生物質療法に反応するが、抗生物質療法に反応する肺炎の再発性症状(頻度、緊急、緊急、出血、腹痛またはけいれん、または骨盤の不快感)の再発症状。
- 慢性抗生物質難治性嚢炎:標準的な抗生物質療法に対する反応の欠如、症状の典型的な症状(頻度、緊急性、出血、腹痛またはけいれん、または骨盤の容赦のない症状)に関連して、症状の最小限の改善で予想よりも長い期間の抗生物質療法の要件の要件。
- ポーチのクローンのような病気:回腸ポーチ肛門吻合(IPAA)手術の最終段階から少なくとも12か月後に発症した腹側または他のfの存在、ポーチボディまたはポーチ前の回腸の狭窄、またはプリポーチ留めの存在。 ポーチボディ炎症(嚢炎)は、ポーチのクローンのような病気の環境でしばしば共存する可能性があります。

除外基準:
- ミリキズマブへの事前の暴露
- ミリキズマブまたはその代謝物に対する既知の過敏症
- Clostridioides difficileによる現在の感染
- 既知のHIVまたは活性肝炎b/c
- 臨床的に重大な肝臓病(LFTの<1.5正常上限を伴う原発性硬化性胆管炎を含めることができます)
- 子どものクラスcとして定義される重度の肝障害c
- 糸球体ろ過率<45 ml/min/1.732で既知の腎機能の減少

|
痛み疾患活動性指数(PDAI)は、活動性麻痺炎を診断し、麻痺の重症度を定量化するために開発されました。
PDAIには、1)便頻度2)直腸出血3)糞便の緊急性/腹部けいれん、4)発熱、内視鏡基準、および生検を通じて組織学的基準の有無、臨床基準が含まれています。
PDAIは、生検と組織学のコストを省略するために修正されました。
MPDAIには、PDAIの臨床部分と内視鏡サブスコアが含まれます。
