本研究は、病院で働く看護師のメンタルヘルスと幸福を支援するために設計された、拡張現実(XR)ベースのレジリエンストレーニングプログラムの効果を調査するものです。

除外基準:
- 現実認識の変化を伴うと診断された重篤な精神障害(例:妄想、幻覚、現実感消失、離人症、または認知症)で、特に統合失調症、双極性障害、重度の大うつ病性障害、またはその他の精神病性障害(生涯)を含む;
- 現在の大うつ病エピソードまたは現在の心的外傷後ストレス障害(PTSD);
- XRヘッドセットの安全な使用または研究参加を妨げる可能性のある急性または臨床的に重大な病状(てんかん、著しいめまい、平衡障害、または急性心血管疾患などを含むがこれらに限定されない);
- 急性の眼感染症(例:結膜炎);
- 精神状態に関連する不安定な薬剤(向精神薬の投与量または種類の最近の変更と定義);

実験的:XRベースのレジリエンストレーニング
このアームの参加者は、ヘッドマウントディスプレイを使用して約10週間にわたって提供される8回の没入型セッションからなるXRベースのレジリエンストレーニングを受けます。
トレーニングは、行動的、認知的、感情的な対処戦略に焦点を当てており、レジリエンスとストレス管理スキルの強化を目的としています。
各セッションは約20〜30分間続き、個別に完了します。

XRベースのレジリエンストレーニングは、スタンドアロン型の拡張現実ヘッドマウントディスプレイを通じて提供され、約10週間にかけて8回の没入型セッションで構成されています。
トレーニングでは、問題解決などの行動的対処方略、ストレッサーの評価と再評価などの認知的対処方略、感情調節や前向きなセルフケアなどの感情的対処方略を扱います。
各セッションは約20分から30分で、個別に完了し、必要に応じて技術サポートが利用可能です。
待機リスト対照条件に割り付けられた参加者は、最初の研究期間中に能動的な介入を受けず、通常のケアを継続する。

The PSS-10 assesses the degree to which situations in one's life are appraised as stressful during the past month.

Self-perceived resilience will be assessed using the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS), a self-report measure consisting of six items rated on a 5-point Likert scale.
Total scores are calculated by summing item responses (range: 6 to 30) and dividing by the number of items answered, resulting in a mean score ranging from 1 to 5. Higher scores indicate greater resilience.
