상세 설명
배경:
신체 활동 및 건강에 관한 의무감 보고서(USDHHS, 1996)는 규칙적인 신체 활동이 심장 질환의 위험 감소, 고혈압, 고콜레스테롤 및 당뇨병의 치료 및 예방을 돕는 등 중요한 건강상의 이점이 있다고 강조했습니다. 골다공증과 대장암을 예방하기 위해. 또한 신체 활동은 체중 조절에 도움이 되고 우울감과 불안감을 줄이며 심리적 웰빙을 촉진합니다. 비활동성은 나이가 들면서 증가하며 남성보다 여성, 저소득층, 교육 수준이 낮은 소수 집단에서 더 일반적입니다(USDHHS, 1996). 청소년이 성인보다 더 활동적이지만 많은 사람들이 권장 수준의 신체 활동에 참여하지 않으며 특히 여아의 경우 청소년기 전체에 걸쳐 참여가 감소합니다(USDHHS, 1996; CDC, 1997). 10대 소녀의 14%는 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않으며, 이는 소년의 두 배입니다. 규칙적이고 활발한 신체 활동에 참여하는 청소년기 소녀의 비율은 고등학교에 재학할 때마다 9학년의 61%에서 12학년 소녀의 41%로 급격히 감소합니다. 고등학교에서 매일 체육 수업을 듣는 여학생의 등록률은 1991년 41%에서 1995년 25%로 떨어졌습니다. 디자인 내러티브:

실험적: 학교 기반 개입
TAAG 건강 교육에는 신체 활동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 행동 기술을 향상시키기 위해 고안된 7학년과 8학년 각각의 6개의 수업이 포함되었습니다.
