기본 목표:

I. 두 가지 강화 요법: 보르테조밉, 레날리도마이드 및 덱사메타손(VRD) 대 보르테조밉 및 덱사메타손(VD) 단독 요법에 대한 무진행 생존(PFS)을 비교하기 위함.

2차 목표:

I. 덱사메타손 기반 유도 요법으로 유도 요법을 받는 환자에서 완전 반응 또는 매우 좋은 부분 반응(VGPR)을 달성하는 데 있어 VRD 대 VD의 증분 능력을 결정합니다.

II. 연구 시작 시점부터 측정된 전체 생존을 비교하기 위해.

III. 세포유전학적 범주(유전자 발현 및 형광 in situ hybridization[FISH])에 따라 반응률 및 PFS를 평가합니다.

IV. 두 요법의 독성을 평가합니다.

  • 증상이 있는 다발성 골수종, 초기 진단 당시에는 증상이 있었으나 유도 요법에 근거하여 등록 시에는 무증상일 수 있음
  • 골수종의 원래 진단을 위해 환자는 질병 경과 중 한 시점에서 다음 기준을 충족해야 합니다. 골수 형질세포증(>10% 형질 세포 또는 형질 세포 시트) 또는 생검으로 입증된 형질세포종 및 말단 기관 손상의 증거 빈혈을 포함한 다발성 골수종, 고칼슘혈증, 뼈 질환(뼈 용해성 병변 또는 병적 골절) 또는 신장 기능 장애로 인해.
  • 환자는 이전에 보르테조밉에 노출되었을 수 있습니다.
