  • IGA(Investigator's Global Assessment) 척도에서 3점(보통)
  • 베이스라인에서 얼굴(코 포함)의 총 병변(비염증성 및/또는 염증성)이 최소 20개 이상 100개 이하

제외 기준:

  • 여드름 결절 또는 여드름 낭종
  • 뭉친여드름, 전격여드름, 2차여드름(염소여드름, 약물성여드름 등) 또는 전신치료가 필요한 중증여드름
  • 방해하는 국소 또는 전신 요법의 사용을 필요로 하거나 연구 평가를 방해할 수 있는 기저 질환 및/또는 피부 상태
  • 연구 전에 금지된 약물의 사용 및/또는 연구 동안 그러한 사용을 자제할 의사가 없음
