질병 특성:

  • 모든 환자는 이전에 치료받지 않은 3기, 4기 또는 부피가 큰 2기 맨틀 세포 림프종(MCL)이 있어야 합니다.

    • MCL의 진단은 면역조직화학 및 유세포 분석을 포함한 조직병리학적 진단에 의해 확인되어야 하며 다음 두 가지 표현형을 모두 문서화해야 합니다.

      • CD19+ 또는 CD20+
      • 사이클린 D1+ 또는 세포유전학 또는 FISH에 의한 t(11;14) 전좌의 증거

  • 원본 진단 표본의 적절한 섹션은 중앙 검토를 위해 제출할 수 있어야 합니다.

    • 적절한 생검을 위해서는 구조를 확립하기에 충분한 조직과 확실성을 가진 WHO 조직학적 하위 유형이 필요합니다.

    • 환자는 마지막 유도 과정의 1일 후 84일 이내에 줄기 세포 이식을 받을 계획이어야 합니다.
    • 환자는 줄기 세포 이식을 위한 두 번째 등록 전에 최소 1.5 X 10^6 CD34^+ 세포/kg을 수집하고 보관해야 합니다.
