GOLD 가이드라인 및 안정적인 기도 폐쇄에 정의된 안정적인 중등도에서 중증 COPD 및 안정적인 기도 폐쇄의 진단. 환자는 방문 1에서 기관지확장제 후 FEV1/FVC 비율 < 70%를 가져야 했습니다(GOLD, 2010).
알부테롤/살부타몰 후 FEV1 값 ≥ 30% 및 예측 값의 < 80%. FEV1은 스크리닝 방문(방문 1)에서 알부테롤/살부타몰 흡입 후 10~15분에 측정되었습니다. 계산 목적으로 사용된 예측 정상은 국민건강영양조사 III 예측값을 기반으로 했습니다(Hankinson et al, 1999).
