- 沙丁胺醇/沙丁胺醇后 FEV1 值 ≥ 预测值的 30% 和 < 80%。 FEV1 在吸入沙丁胺醇/沙丁胺醇后 10 至 15 分钟的筛选访视（访视 1）时测量。用于计算目的的预测正常值基于国家健康和营养检查调查 III 预测值（Hankinson 等，1999）

- 就诊 1 前 3 个月内因 COPD 急性加重住院

- 除 COPD 以外的任何具有临床意义的呼吸系统疾病，包括活动性肺结核、间质性肺病史、肺血栓栓塞性疾病、α1-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症史、肺切除术、肺容积手术或过去 12 个月内的任何其他胸外科手术史、继发于 COPD 以外的呼吸系统疾病（例如，囊性纤维化、Kartagener 综合征）、器官移植后或预计在研究期间需要开胸手术或其他肺部手术的支气管扩张
