- ICD를 이식하고 심실 빈맥, 심실 세동 또는 적절한 ICD 요법의 병력이 있어야 합니다.
- 좌심실 박출률 <= 0.40
제외 기준:
- New York Heart Association(NYHA) Class IV 울혈성 심부전(CHF)이 있거나 무작위화 시점에 비대상성 CHF가 있는 경우,
- 무작위 배정 후 30일 이내에 불안정 협심증 또는 심근경색증이 있거나;
- Torsade de Pointes 또는 심장 이식 병력이 있는 경우
- 스크리닝 시 조사자의 판단에 따라 적절하게 조절되지 않는 만성 심방 세동 또는 심방 세동/조동을 가짐;
- 현재 전신성 Class I 또는 기타 Class III 항부정맥제를 복용하고 있습니다.
- 현재 QT 간격을 연장하는 전신 약물을 복용하고 있습니다.
- 여성인 경우, 현재 임신 중이거나 모유 수유 중이거나 연구 과정 중에 임신할 계획이 있는 경우
