이 50주간의 다기관 및 다국적 임상 연구는 2주간의 스크리닝 기간, 6주간의 공개 라벨 용량 적정 기간, 가변 기간 유지 기간(최대 42주)으로 구성됩니다.
2주 이상 간격을 둔 2회 연속 방문에서 프로토콜에 지정된 응답자 기준을 충족하는 최소 12주 연구 제품 노출이 있는 환자는 무작위 철회 연구로 전환할 수 있습니다. 반응자는 방문 1 총 원시 점수에 비해 사회적 반응 척도(SRS) 총 원시 점수에서 적어도 10점 개선(점수 감소)을 나타내는 환자로 정의됩니다.
