- 활성 황반하 맥락막 신생혈관(CNV) 병변 또는 연령 관련 황반 AMD에 이차적인 중심와근 병변
- 60~25자(포함) 문자 사이의 ETDRS BCVA 점수
제외 기준:
- 습성 AMD에 대한 이전 치료 또는 연구 눈의 다른 원인으로 인한 CNV에 대한 이전 치료
- 연구 눈의 시력 평가, 독성 평가 또는 안저 촬영을 방해할 수 있는 임상적으로 유의한 안구 장애
- 잘 조절되지 않는 진성 당뇨병(HbA1c>7%로 정의됨)
- 참가자를 연구에 부적합하게 만드는 임상적으로 중요한 심혈관, 신장 또는 간 질환, 최근 수술 또는 악성 종양
