다음 중 하나 이후에 자누브루티닙 치료를 계속하거나 시작할 의향:
- 적격 BeiGene 모 연구의 최종 분석 또는 연구 종료 시점
- 진행성 질병(PD)의 시기; 조사관, 환자 및 의료 모니터는 그것이 환자에게 최선의 이익이라는 데 동의합니다.

현재 자누브루티닙 치료를 받고 있는 환자:
자누브루티닙 보류 또는 영구 중단에 대한 프로토콜 지정 기준을 충족하지 않으며, 연구자의 의견으로는 자누브루티닙 치료로부터 계속 혜택을 받을 것입니다.
자누브루티닙 치료 경험이 없는 환자:
연구 약물의 첫 투여 전 ≤ 15일 전에 다음 기준을 충족해야 합니다.
- 혈소판 ≥ 50,000/mm3
- 절대 호중구 수 ≥ 750/mm3
- 아스파테이트 아미노전이효소(AST) 및 알라닌 아미노전이효소(ALT) ≤ 3 x 정상 상한
- 혈청 총 빌리루빈 ≤ 3 x 정상 상한(길버트 증후군에 필요하지 않음)
- Fridericia의 공식(QTcF) ≤ 480msec를 사용하여 심박수에 대해 보정된 QT 간격
- 알려진 뉴욕 심장 협회(NYHA) 클래스 III 또는 IV 울혈성 심부전 없음
- 크레아티닌 청소율 ≥ 30mL/분

BeOne shares data on completed studies responsibly and provides qualified scientific and medical researchers access to data and supporting documentation for clinical trials in dossiers for medicines and indications after submission and approval in the United States, China, and Europe. Clinical trials supporting subsequent local approvals, new indications, or combination products are eligible for sharing once corresponding regulatory approvals are achieved.
BeOne shares data only when permitted by applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations, when it is feasible to do so without compromising the privacy of study participants, and other considerations.
Qualified researchers with appropriate competencies who are engaged in novel scientific research may submit a request for participant-level data with a research proposal for BeOne review. Research teams must include a biostatistician and sign a Data Sharing Agreement prior to receiving access to clinical trial data.
