건강한 베트남 지원자에서 타페노퀸의 매주 및 월간 복용량 증가 후 타페노퀸의 안전성, 내약성 및 약동학

- 진단(알레르기 전문의/면역학자에 의해) 또는 치료(의사에 의해)된 음식 또는 알려진 약물 알레르기 또는 아나필락시스 또는 얼굴, 입 또는 목 부기 또는 호흡 곤란을 포함한 기타 심각한 알레르기 반응의 병력 또는 존재. 계절성 알레르기/건초열이 있는 참가자는 연구에 등록할 수 있습니다.

- 정신 분열증, 양극성 질환, 정신병, 리튬이 필요한 장애, 자살 시도 또는 계획 또는 기타 심각한(장애를 일으키는) 만성 정신과 진단의 병력이 있는 참가자.
- 심사 전 1년 이내에 정신과 약물을 투여 받았거나, 정신 질환 또는 자신 또는 타인에 대한 위험으로 인해 심사 전 5년 이내에 입원한 참가자.
- 지난 5년 이내에 최소 6개월의 약물 치료 및/또는 심리 치료가 필요한 경미한 우울증의 병력; 또는 주요 우울증의 에피소드. Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)는 스크리닝 시 우울증 평가를 위한 객관적인 도구로 사용됩니다.
