상세 설명
이것은 다국적, 다기관, 고정 용량, 52주, 오픈 라벨 확장 연구입니다. RETHINK-ALZ(PTI-125-06) 또는 REFOCUS-ALZ(PTI-125-07)에 참여를 완료한 후 피험자는 이 연구에 참여할 수 있습니다. 피험자가 동의를 제공하고 연구자가 피험자가 포함 및 제외 기준을 모두 충족함을 확인한 후, 연구 약물은 연구 1일에 연구 장소에서 투여되고 후속 방문이 예정됩니다.
최대 1600명의 피험자가 이 연구에 등록할 수 있을 것으로 예상합니다. 미국, 캐나다, 한국 및 호주의 약 150개 임상 현장에서 이 공동 연구 노력에 참여할 수 있는 옵션이 제공됩니다.
참여하기로 선택한 피험자의 경우, 76주차(REFOCUS-ALZ) 또는 52주차(RETHINK-ALZ) 치료 종료 방문의 임상 및 검사실 평가는 연구 1일의 공개 라벨 연구를 위한 기준선 방문 평가로 사용됩니다. . 모든 피험자는 안전성 평가를 위해 4주 후 및 이후 12주마다 돌아올 것입니다. 기준선 이후의 모든 방문에서 피험자는 마지막 방문 이후 부작용을 보고할 것입니다. 유해 사례 모니터링 외에도 활력 징후, 간단한 검사, 임상 실험실 테스트(생화학, 혈액학 및 소변 검사) 및 Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale(C-SSRS)을 통해 방문할 때마다 안전성을 평가합니다. 마지막 방문 이후 연구 약물 사용을 평가하고 새로운 병의 연구 약물을 제공합니다.
