이 연구의 목적은 시술 후 교정 통증이 있는 12세에서 17세 미만(<) 청소년의 새로운 아세트아미노펜/나프록센 나트륨 고정 복합 정제로부터 아세트아미노펜과 나프록센의 집단 약동학을 조사하고 시술 후 교정 통증이 있는 12~17세 청소년의 아세트아미노펜 및 나프록센 약동학의 개체 간 변동성에 대한 연령 및 체중을 포함한 개체별 공변량.

- 참가자의 부모 또는 법적 보호자가 정보에 입각한 동의서에 서명하고 날짜를 기입했으며 서면 동의서에 참가자가 서명했습니다.
- 투약 전 72시간 이내에 교정 시술을 받은 자
- 그렇지 않으면 기준선(투여량)에서 12세부터 17세 미만(<) 사이의 건강한 청소년입니다. 건강은 상세한 병력, 신체 검사, 혈압, 호흡수 및 맥박수 측정 및 임상 실험실 검사를 기반으로 주임 시험자(PI)가 판단한 임상적으로 관련된 이상이 없는 것으로 정의됩니다. 담당 PI는 필요한 경우 추가 조사 또는 분석을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 최소 체중이 72파운드이고 투약 당시 나이에 대한 체질량 지수(BMI)가 5~95백분위수 사이입니다.
- 시험약 투여 전 최소 10시간 금식
- 담배를 완전히 끊거나 모든 형태의 담배 또는 니코틴 함유 제품[전자 담배, 궐련, 타지 않은 담배, 시가, 무연 담배(예: 딥, 스너프, 스누스, 및 씹는 담배)] 본 연구의 스크리닝 방문 전 최소 12개월 동안
- 여성인 경우, 스크리닝 및 베이스라인(투여)에서 임신에 대한 음성 검사를 받아야 합니다.
- 가임기 여성과 남성은 피임 요구 사항에 동의합니다.
- (임상 현장 직원의 평가에 따라) 연구의 요구 사항을 이해할 수 있고 계획된 방문, 치료 계획, 실험실 테스트 및 프로토콜에 지정된 기타 연구 절차를 기꺼이 준수할 수 있습니다.
- 이 연구의 조사 제품이 연구 동안 사용되는 유일한 진통제 제품이 되도록 기꺼이 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 피임약 또는 조사자가 승인한 다른 약물의 가끔 사용이 아닌 한 첫 번째 연구 제품(IP) 투여 전 5 반감기 미만의 기간 내에 처방 또는 비처방 약물의 사용
- 시험약 투여 전 6시간 이내 이부프로펜 복용
- 연구 약물의 첫 투여 전 7일 이내에 비타민, 식이 및 허브 보조제의 사용
- 아세트아미노펜, 나프록센, 아세틸살리실산을 포함한 기타 비스테로이드성 항염증제(NSAID) 또는 모든 성분에 과민증이 있는 경우
- 여성인 경우, 임신 테스트 양성이거나 모유 수유 중이거나 현재 임신을 시도하고 있습니다.
- 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(HIV) 1 및 2 항체, B형 간염 표면 항원(HBsAg) 또는 C형 간염 항체(항-HCV)에 대해 양성 검사를 받았습니다.
- 스크리닝 또는 베이스라인(투약)에서 남용 약물에 대해 양성 검사를 받았습니다.
- 정맥 천자 접근이 어렵거나 정맥 천자 받기를 거부함
- 의학적으로 자격을 갖춘 조사자의 재량에 따라 임상적으로 유의한 신장 또는 간 장애가 있거나, 조사자의 의견에 따라 IP의 사용을 배제할 질병의 존재
- 소화성 궤양, 모든 병인의 위장관 출혈, 출혈 장애, 위장관 질환(만성 속쓰림 또는 위식도 역류 질환 또는 궤양성 대장염 또는 크론병과 같은 위장관의 기타 활성 염증성 질환 포함)의 병력이 있거나 병력이 있는 경우 약물의 약동학(PK) 평가 또는 참가자의 안전에 영향을 미칠 위장 수술(담낭 절제술 포함)
- 본 연구 이전 12개월 이내에 PI가 판단한 약물 남용 이력이 있음
- 기준선 방문 후 24시간 이내에 알코올을 사용했으며/하거나 스크리닝 또는 기준선 방문 시 호기 중에 알코올 검사에서 양성 반응을 보였습니다.
- 투약 전 48시간 동안 및 연구 기간 동안 크산틴을 함유한 음식 또는 음료(즉, 차, 커피, 콜라 음료, 에너지 음료 또는 초콜릿)를 사용한 적이 있음
- 투약 전 48시간 동안 및 연구 기간 동안 자몽과 사보이 오렌지를 사용했습니다.
- 연구 약물 투여 전 3개월 이내에 임상 시험에 참여 및/또는 조사 제품으로 치료
- 연구 수행을 방해할 미리 계획된 수술, 절차 또는 개인적인 약속이 있는 경우
- 첫 용량 투여 전 60일 이내에 30일 이내에 50밀리리터(mL)~249mL, 또는 45일 이내에 250mL~449mL 또는 60일 이내에 450mL 이상(>=)의 급성 혈액 손실이 있음
- 연구 참여 또는 IP 투여와 관련된 위험을 증가시킬 수 있거나 연구 결과의 해석을 방해할 수 있고 의학적으로 자격을 갖춘 조사자의 판단에 따라 참가자를 이 연구에 진입
