홍콩은 물론 전 세계적으로 어린이들은 하루 60분의 중등도 내지 격렬한 신체 활동(MVPA)이라는 현재의 신체 활동 권장 사항을 충족하지 못합니다. 아동기와 청소년기는 성인기까지 지속될 수 있는 바람직한 생활 방식을 개발하는 데 중요한 시기입니다. 신체적 비활동을 목표로 하는 건강 증진 개입은 매우 중요합니다. 연구자들은 신체적으로 더 활동적이고 건강하며 건강한 어린이들 사이에서 더 높은 학업 성취도와 더 나은 학교 출석률이 나타난다는 것을 반복적으로 입증했습니다. 건강과 교육의 향상을 촉진하려면 움직임이 인지적, 사회적 기술을 확립하는 데 도움이 된다는 것을 인식하는 것이 필수적입니다. 현재 연구는 활동 중단 중재를 구현하고 학교 어린이의 실행 기능(EF), 신체 활동(PA) 및 좌식 행동(SB)의 결과 측정에 대한 효과를 평가하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 활동 휴식 중재는 모든 연령과 능력 수준의 담임 교사가 추가 인력이나 공간이 필요하지 않고 교실 내에서 간단한 이동 활동을 이끌 수 있도록 하는 5분 활동 휴식 프로그램입니다. 8주에 걸쳐 하루 3회 진행되는 5분 Activity Breaks 프로그램은 일일 PA를 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라, 장시간 앉아 있는 시간을 방해하여 SB를 감소시킬 것으로 기대됩니다. 활동 휴식 프로그램은 또한 초등학생 어린이의 실행 기능을 향상시킵니다.
이 연구는 홍콩의 8개 초등학교를 대상으로 한 파일럿 클러스터 무작위 대조 시험이 될 것입니다. 각 학교의 한 학급은 초등학교 4~6학년(8~11세 어린이)에서 대상 모집단으로 모집됩니다. 중재에 무작위로 배정된 학교는 활동 중단 프로그램을 받게 되는 반면, 통제 그룹에 배정된 학교는 계속해서 정상적인 일일 교육을 받게 됩니다.
데이터는 1시간(T1)(기준선), 2시간(T2)(개입 후), 3시간(T3)(3개월 후속 조치)의 세 가지 시점에서 모든 참가자(개입 및 통제)로부터 수집됩니다. ). 다음 학생 측정값은 모든 시점에서 캡처됩니다: 1. EF; 2. 가속도계를 사용한 PA 레벨 및 SB 패턴; 3. 인체 측정. 교사 인터뷰와 일지를 활용한 교사 충실도 점검 등 두 가지 조치가 교사들 사이에서 실시될 것입니다. 모든 분석은 IBM SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 수행됩니다. 반복 측정을 통한 다단계 모델링 회귀 분석을 사용하여 개입 효과를 결정합니다. 연령, 성별 및 체질량 지수를 조정하면서 피험자 내 변수로 시간(사전, 사후 및 후속 조치)과 피험자 간 변수로 그룹(개입 및 제어)을 사용한 혼합 설계 ANOVA가 수행됩니다.
