在香港以及全球范围内,儿童都未能达到目前每天 60 分钟中度至剧烈体力活动 (MVPA) 的体力活动建议。 童年和青春期是养成良好的生活方式行为的关键时期,这种行为可以持续到成年。 针对缺乏身体活动的健康促进干预措施至关重要。 研究人员一再证明,身体活跃、身体健康和身体健康的儿童,学业成绩更高,出勤率也更高。 为了促进健康和教育的改善,必须认识到运动有助于建立认知和社交技能。 目前的研究旨在实施活动休息干预,并评估其对学童执行功能(EF)、体力活动(PA)和久坐行为(SB)结果测量的有效性。 活动休息干预是一个 5 分钟的活动休息计划,允许所有年龄和能力水平的课堂教师在教室内引导简单的运动活动,无需额外的人员或空间。 预计在 8 周内每天进行 3 次的 5 分钟活动休息计划不仅会增加每日 PA,还会通过中断长时间的静坐时间来减少 SB。 活动休息计划还可以改善小学学龄儿童的执行功能。
这项研究将是一项试点整群随机对照试验,涉及香港 8 所小学。 每所学校将从小学4-6年级(8-11岁儿童)招募一个班级作为我们的目标人群。 随机分配到干预组的学校将接受活动休息计划,而分配到对照组的学校将继续接受正常的日常教学。
将在三个时间点从所有参与者(干预和对照)收集数据:时间 1 (T1)(基线)、时间 2 (T2)(干预后)和时间 3 (T3)(3 个月随访) )。 将在所有时间点捕获以下学生测量值: 1. EF; 2. 使用加速度计的 PA 电平和 SB 模式; 3. 人体测量。 将对教师采取两项措施,包括教师访谈和使用日志进行教师忠诚度检查。 所有分析都将使用 IBM SPSS 统计程序进行。 将使用重复测量的多级建模回归分析来确定干预的效果。 将进行混合设计方差分析,以时间(前、后和随访)作为受试者内变量,以组(干预和对照)作为受试者间变量,同时调整年龄、性别和体重指数。
