Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- leeftijd tussen 19 en 40 jaar
- zwangerschapsduur van 13 weken;
- BMI vóór zwangerschap hoger dan 29,9 en lager dan 40 kg/m² [graden obesitas 1 en 2, volgens de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie (WHO, 2002)] of zwangerschap BMI tussen 18,5 en 24 9 kg/m² [ eutroof (WHO, 2002)]
- vrij zijn van chronische ziekten (hypertensie, hart- en vaatziekten, diabetes type 2, schildklieraandoeningen, cirrose, chronische hepatitis en chronisch nierfalen
- vrij zijn van besmettelijke en parasitaire ziekten
- huidige zwangerschap enkele foetus
- geen roker zijn
- gebruik geen alcoholische dranken
- gebruik geen supplement dat AG bevat
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- bevestiging ontvangen van de diagnose van chronische niet-overdraagbare ziekten (behalve obesitas) en / of besmettelijk
- zwangere vrouwen die niet alle stappen van het onderzoek hebben voltooid
