De onderzoekers streven ernaar om de wederzijdse modulatie van vetzuren en glucosemetabolisme in de Tako Tsubo Cardiomyopathie-fysiologie te bestuderen, zowel bij mensen als in een diermodel, en om te onderzoeken welke metabole route bij voorkeur wordt overgenomen door acute Tako Tsubo Cardiomyopathie-myocyten tijdens deze ernstige functionele uitschakeling. met grotendeels behouden variabiliteit. Het humane model zal worden gebruikt om de preferentieel gestimuleerde opname van glucose/vetzuren te bepalen onder optimale metabole omstandigheden voor elk (hyperinsulineamische euglycemische klem voor 18F-fludeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) en vasten voor 14fluor-18fluor-6-thia-heptadecaanzuur ( 18F-FTHA cardiale positronemissietomografie). In het rattenmodel zullen de onderzoekers zowel de opname van de metabole tracer (met behulp van micro-positronemissietomografie-computertomografie) als de stroomafwaartse modulatie van de twee metabole routes (transcriptionele regulatoren, mitochondriale ademhaling, expressie van de ontkoppelingseiwitten, niveaus van adenosine Trifosfaatvorming en productie van reactieve zuurstofsoorten).
De onderzoekers willen de hypothese testen dat ontsteking een cruciale rol speelt in de pathofysiologie van deze aandoening door verder te onderzoeken: 1) In het rattenmodel definieer tijdsverloop, omvang en subtypes van cellulair infiltraat, 2) In het rattenmodel van Tako Tsubo Cardiomyopathie , demonstreer de aanwezigheid van inflammatoire macrofagen met behulp van in-vivo ultrakleine superparamagnetische ijzeroxide-cardiale magnetische resonantiebeeldvorming en of dit verband houdt met het aantal en type aanwezige macrofagen zoals bepaald door immunohistochemische analyse, 3) Definieer bij klinische patiënten het tijdsverloop van specifieke perifere subgroepen van bloedmonocyten en de serumspiegels van inflammatoire cytokines versus gematchte controles en 4) Stel bij klinische patiënten de compartimentering van weefselmacrofagen in de linkerventrikel vast met behulp van Ultrasmall Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide-enhanced cardiale magnetische resonantie.
De onderzoekers zullen de psycho-emotionele factoren beoordelen die betrokken zijn bij Tako Tsubo Cardiomyopathie, aangezien in de meeste gevallen een intens emotioneel trauma onmiddellijk voorafgaat aan het begin.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Alle patiënten bij wie TTC in de afgelopen 12 dagen is gediagnosticeerd, in staat zijn om toestemming te geven en die hun toestemmingsvermogen niet hebben verloren tussen het moment van diagnose (meestal gesteld bij coronaire katheterisatie, waarvoor ze klinisch toestemming hebben gekregen) en het moment waarop ze worden benaderd voor opname in de studie.
- Leeftijd en geslacht kwamen overeen met gezonde controles die bereid waren om deel te nemen en in staat waren om toestemming te geven.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Onwil om mee te doen
- Patiënten met contra-indicaties voor MR-scanning
- Zwangere vrouwen of vrouwen die borstvoeding geven
