Het zal 1.212 patiënten includeren die voldoen aan in- en exclusiecriteria. Patiënten worden willekeurig toegewezen aan twee groepen met een gerandomiseerde toewijzingsmethode: (1) Experimentele groep: 450 mg Recaticimab voor injectie (3 flacons) toegediend als een enkele subcutane injectie. Inclusiecriteria:

  • Leeftijd >=30 en <=80;2. Acute ischemische beroerte binnen 72 uur na aanvang (zoals bepaald door CT/MRI in combinatie met neurologische deficit symptomen)

Proportion of participants who experience at least one serious adverse event. A serious adverse event is an event that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalization or prolongation of hospitalization, results in persistent or significant disability, causes a congenital anomaly or birth defect, or is considered an important medical event requiring intervention to prevent a serious outcome.
