Promocja próbnej interwencji w karmieniu piersią (PROBIT)

Promocja karmienia piersią RCT i dziecięcy zespół metaboliczny
Ogólnym celem badania PROBIT jest zbadanie wpływu randomizowanej interwencji promującej karmienie piersią, mającej na celu wydłużenie czasu trwania i wyłączności karmienia piersią („interwencja promująca karmienie piersią”) na rozwój wyników zdrowotnych matki i dziecka.
Hipoteza jest taka, że randomizacja do interwencji będzie wiązała się z mniejszą otyłością dzieci, mniejszym ryzykiem astmy i atopii, poprawą funkcji płuc i lepszymi wynikami poznawczymi.

- Karmienie piersią rozpoczęte po urodzeniu, brak przeciwwskazań do karmienia piersią
- Punktacja Apgar >=5 po 5 minutach

- Masa urodzeniowa > 2500g
