Essai d'intervention sur la promotion de l'allaitement maternel (PROBIT)

ECR sur la promotion de l'allaitement maternel et syndrome métabolique de l'enfant
L'objectif global de l'étude PROBIT est d'étudier l'influence d'une intervention randomisée de promotion de l'allaitement conçue pour augmenter la durée et l'exclusivité de l'allaitement ("l'intervention de promotion de l'allaitement") sur le développement des résultats de santé maternelle et infantile.
L'hypothèse est que la randomisation de l'intervention sera associée à une adiposité plus faible chez l'enfant, à un risque plus faible d'asthme et d'atopie, à une fonction pulmonaire améliorée et à de meilleurs résultats cognitifs.
