Critério de inclusão:

  1. Assinou voluntariamente o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE);
  2. Homens ou mulheres de 18 a 75 anos;
  3. Pacientes diagnosticados com AIHA primária ou AIHA secundária cujas doenças de base estejam estáveis;
  4. Órgãos em bom funcionamento.

Critério de exclusão:

  1. Pacientes com outros tipos de AIHA que não sejam wAIHA;
  2. Pacientes com AIHA secundária com doença de base instável;
  3. Pacientes com AIHA secundária induzida por drogas;
  4. Pacientes com infecções que requerem tratamento sistêmico;
  5. Pacientes previamente tratados com inibidores Syk (por exemplo, fostamatinib);
  6. Pacientes com alergia conhecida aos ingredientes ativos ou excipientes da droga em estudo;
  7. Pacientes com transtorno psicológico ou mental grave;
  8. Alcoólatra ou usuário de drogas;
  9. Pacientes do sexo feminino grávidas e lactantes.

Experimental: HMPL-523

Phase II: Eligible subjects will receive 300 mg HMPL-523 treatment once daily for 8 weeks and at least 16 weeks open-label treatment.

Phase III:

Part A (Randomized, Double-Blind Phase): Eligible subjects will receive 300 mg HMPL-523 treatment once daily for 24 weeks.

Part B (Open-label Phase): Eligible subjects will roll-over into the open-label phase and receive treatment with HMPL-523 at the same dose administered after 24-week randomized controlled trial phase (Part A) or in Phase II. Treatment will continue until 24 weeks after the last subject is enrolled in Part B.
