Critère d'intégration:
- Signer volontairement le formulaire de consentement éclairé (ICF) ;
- Hommes ou femmes âgés de 18 à 75 ans ;
- Patients diagnostiqués avec wAIHA primaire ou wAIHA secondaire dont les maladies sous-jacentes sont stables ;
- Organes en bon état de fonctionnement.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Patients avec d'autres types d'AIHA autres que wAIHA ;
- Patients atteints d'AHAIw secondaire avec une maladie sous-jacente instable ;
- Patients atteints d'AHAIw secondaire d'origine médicamenteuse ;
- Patients atteints d'infections nécessitant un traitement systémique ;
- Patients précédemment traités avec des inhibiteurs de Syk (par exemple, fostamatinib) ;
- Patients présentant une allergie connue aux ingrédients actifs ou aux excipients du médicament à l'étude ;
- Patients souffrant de troubles psychologiques ou mentaux graves ;
- Alcoolique ou toxicomane ;
- Patientes enceintes et allaitantes.

Expérimental: HMPL-523
Phase II: Eligible subjects will receive 300 mg HMPL-523 treatment once daily for 8 weeks and at least 16 weeks open-label treatment. Phase III: Part A (Randomized, Double-Blind Phase): Eligible subjects will receive 300 mg HMPL-523 treatment once daily for 24 weeks. Part B (Open-label Phase): Eligible subjects will roll-over into the open-label phase and receive treatment with HMPL-523 at the same dose administered after 24-week randomized controlled trial phase (Part A) or in Phase II. Treatment will continue until 24 weeks after the last subject is enrolled in Part B. |
