Este estudo é intitulado "O efeito da introdução da sala de operações usando óculos de realidade virtual sobre ansiedade, medo cirúrgico e níveis de satisfação em pacientes submetidos a cirurgia ortopédica". Sua participação é completamente voluntária, e optar por não participar não afetará seu tratamento ou cuidado de forma alguma.
O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar os efeitos da introdução da sala de operações usando óculos de realidade virtual sobre ansiedade, medo cirúrgico, níveis de dor pós -operatória, parâmetros fisiológicos e satisfação do paciente em pacientes submetidos a cirurgia ortopédica. Se os resultados do estudo forem positivos, os métodos de introdução apoiados pela realidade virtual serão recomendados como uma ferramenta educacional eficaz para pacientes cirúrgicos.
Neste estudo, os dados serão coletados por meio de informações sociodemográficas e vários questionários (formulário de introdução do paciente, inventário de ansiedade em traço estatal, escala de medo cirúrgica, escala de classificação numérica). Além disso, seus parâmetros fisiológicos e atividade eletrodérmica serão medidos usando dispositivos de monitoramento e você assistirá a um vídeo introduzindo o ambiente da sala de operações com óculos de realidade virtual. Este vídeo não cobrirá o próprio processo cirúrgico, mas fornecerá informações gerais sobre a transferência para a sala de operações, o ambiente da sala de operações e o processo de serviço pós -operatório. O estudo começará um dia antes da cirurgia e será concluído antes da sua alta.
As informações obtidas durante este estudo serão usadas na pesquisa científica sem revelar sua identidade e serão mantidas de acordo com os princípios de confidencialidade. Não haverá cobrança por sua participação neste estudo, nem qualquer pagamento será feito para sua participação.

Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar os efeitos de uma excursão da sala de operações realizada usando óculos de realidade virtual (VR) sobre ansiedade, medo cirúrgico, dor pós-operatória, níveis de satisfação e parâmetros fisiológicos em pacientes submetidos a cirurgia ortopédica.
A intervenção envolverá um vídeo educacional em 3D que introduz o ambiente da sala de operações, os papéis da equipe cirúrgica e a experiência esperada do paciente durante o período perioperatório. Este vídeo será apresentado usando óculos Meta Quest 3 VR. Os participantes do grupo de intervenção assistirão a este vídeo antes da cirurgia, enquanto o grupo de controle receberá educação pré -operatória padrão.
Os resultados primários incluem alterações na ansiedade pré-operatória (STAI-I), medo cirúrgico (escala de medo cirúrgica) e parâmetros fisiológicos (por exemplo, frequência cardíaca, pressão arterial e atividade eletrodérmica). Os resultados secundários incluem dor pós-operatória e satisfação do paciente. Os dados serão coletados em vários momentos, incluindo antes e depois da intervenção, no dia da cirurgia e durante o período pós -operatório.
O estudo foi projetado como um estudo controlado randomizado, com um tamanho de amostra de 60 participantes, distribuído igualmente entre grupos de intervenção e controle. A análise dos dados incluirá testes estatísticos apropriados com base em distribuição variável e comparações de grupo.

Critérios de inclusão:
- Indivíduos de 18 a 65 anos
- Pacientes programados para cirurgia artroscópica
- Aqueles que não foram submetidos a nenhum procedimento cirúrgico anterior
- Pacientes que serão submetidos a cirurgia sob anestesia geral
- Indivíduos sem barreiras de comunicação
- Pacientes com consciência clara e orientação para a pessoa, local e tempo
- Aqueles sem distúrbios neurológicos ou psiquiátricos
- Indivíduos sem comprometimentos visuais ou auditivos graves
Critérios de exclusão:
- Incapacidade de se comunicar com os pacientes
- Desenvolvimento de um problema de saúde com risco de vida após a cirurgia
- Transição para a cirurgia aberta durante o procedimento
- Pacientes que desejam se retirar do estudo

For the Intervention Group: The intervention consisted of a researcher-developed 360-degree virtual reality operating room education video. The 9-minute 22-second video was recorded from the patient's perspective using an Insta360 X4 camera and presented with Meta Quest 3 VR headsets. It included transfer from the ward, handover to the surgical team, transfer to the operating table, safety and monitoring, anesthesia induction, emergence from anesthesia, and transfer to the ward. At relevant points, perioperative information was provided through researcher-prepared voice-over narration integrated into the video. Participants watched the video once on an examination bed/stretcher in examination rooms, positioned at approximately 30-45 degrees with a pillow under the head. A disposable hygienic headset strap cover was used. The same device, procedure, and video were used. The VR education was provided in addition to the institution's standard preoperative education.

Preoperative anxiety level: State Anxiety - State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-I)
Prazo: STAI-I was assessed 24-48 hours before surgery, before the intervention; immediately after the intervention; on the day of surgery, before surgery; and within 2 hours after surgery.

State anxiety will be assessed using the State Anxiety subscale of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-I).
The STAI-I consists of 20 items rated on a 4-point Likert-type scale, with total scores ranging from 20 to 80. Higher scores indicate higher levels of state anxiety.
