Продолжение исследования TAK-279 у взрослых с язвенным колитом (ЯК) и болезнью Крона (БК)
Фаза 2, открытое расширенное исследование для оценки долгосрочной безопасности и переносимости перорального засоцитиниба (TAK-279) у участников с умеренным и тяжелым активным язвенным колитом и умеренной и тяжелой формой болезни Крона.
Болезнь Крона и язвенный колит — это два типа воспалительного заболевания кишечника (ВЗК), которое представляет собой серьезное, долговременное заболевание кишечника (кишечника), которое может вызывать боль и отек (воспаление) в кишечнике. ТАК-279 – лекарство, которое помогает блокировать воспаление.
Это исследование является продолжением исходных исследований TAK-279-CD-2001 (NCT06233461) и TAK-279-UC-2001 (NCT06254950). Это означает, что участники, которые ответили на лечение ТАК-279 в любом из родительских исследований, могут продолжать получать пользу от лечения в этом исследовании.
Основная цель этого исследования — выяснить, насколько безопасен ТАК-279 при длительном использовании, а также проверить, уменьшает ли он воспаление и симптомы кишечника при длительном использовании у взрослых с активным ЯК или БК средней и тяжелой степени.
Участники будут получать лечение ТАК-279 на срок до 2 лет (108 недель).
За время исследования участники посетят свою исследовательскую клинику 11 раз.

Критерии включения:
По мнению исследователя, участник желает и способен понимать и полностью соблюдать процедуры и требования судебного разбирательства (включая цифровые инструменты и приложения).
Участник предоставил информированное согласие (то есть в письменной форме, задокументированное с помощью подписанной и датированной формы информированного согласия [ICF]) и любое необходимое разрешение на сохранение конфиденциальности до начала каких-либо процедур исследования.
Критерии включения, специфичные для конкретного заболевания:
- Завершение 52-й недели в родительских исследованиях 2-й фазы CD и UC с действительными электронными (e) данными дневника за 52-ю неделю (TAK-279-CD-2001 и TAK-279-UC-2001).
Клинический или симптоматический ответ на 52-й неделе родительского исследования, как определено ниже:
- TAK-279-CD-2001: Клинический ответ в PRO2 на 52-й неделе исследования для родителей оценивается как >=30% снижение среднесуточного очень мягкого или жидкого стула и/или >=30% снижение среднего АД по сравнению с исходным уровнем исследования для родителей.
- TAK-279-UC-2001: Симптоматический ответ на 52-й неделе исследования для родителей оценивается как снижение частично модифицированной шкалы Мейо (pmMS) на >=1 балла и >=30% от исходного уровня исследования для родителей; и снижение по сравнению с исходным уровнем родительского исследования подоценки ректального кровотечения >=1 балла или подоценки абсолютного ректального кровотечения <=1 балла.
Другие общие критерии включения:
- Участники должны соблюдать рекомендации по контрацепции.
Критерии исключения:
- Участник, которого исследователь считает непригодным для участия в исследовании OLE из-за проблем, связанных с соблюдением режима лечения и соблюдением режима лечения.
Участники со злокачественными новообразованиями или дисплазией при эндоскопии в любое время во время родительского исследования или в начале OLE.

The total score ranges from 0 to 52.
High scores represent less fatigue.
